This course provides an introduction to typical permit aircraft avionics, their selection and installation.  The course assumes no previous knowledge or attendance of the aircraft electrics course.

* Avionics selection guidelines.

* Understanding how avionics interfaces work.

* Wiring techniques for common avionics connectors.

* Intro to Radio, GPS, Glass Panels (EFIS), Autopilot and Transponder connectivity and selection.

* Introduction to aerials and their installation.

* Panel Planning and layout.
