The LAA are looking for a Membership/ Office Administrator



With around 8,000 members, the 
Light Aircraft Association, the heart of a community that lives and breathes recreational aviation in all its forms. We support builders and flyers of all sorts of sport aircraft, ancient and modern!


The successful candidate will be part of a small team based at Turweston Aerodrome (so own transport is essential) acting as a point of contact between our members and HQ staff.


Main duties will be supporting the Office Manager in a variety of roles including emails, answering the phone, organising meetings, updating membership database, dealing with member queries, sorting out the post, retail orders, ordering of stationary, dealing with course administration and all other general admin jobs as required.

The successful candidate must be IT competent on Microsoft Office, have a friendly personality and the ability to work within a small team and also independently. Excellent communication skills are required and attention to detail is essential. Training on all in-house systems will be given. This is a full-time post, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
