As notified in the June issue of Light Aviation, the AGM of Light Aircraft Association Limited will be held on Saturday 28th September at Turweston Aerodrome.

 

The Association plans to build on last year's theme of making the day more of an event with a variety of activities supporting the AGM. Further details will be announced in the coming months.

Important Dates:

 

28th July 2013

The deadline for receipt of nominations for election or re-election to the LAA Board. Nominations must be supported by a Proposer, a Seconder and a letter from the candidate that he/she wishes to serve. All three parties must be Beneficial Shareholders of the LAA, the candidate for a minimum of two years.

 

7th September 2013

The deadline for receipt of Notices of Motion concerning amendments to the Articles of Association. Such Notices of Motion must have a Proposer and a Seconder, both of whom must be Beneficial Shareholders of the Association.

 

No Notices of Motion have been submitted by the deadline of 7th September 2013.
