1. To be aged 22 or under at date of application;

 

2. To be a British Subject;

 

3. To be an individual member of LAA for a minimum of 6 months, prior to application and remain in membership for the period of the bursary;

 

4. To be medically fit to hold a pilots licence;

 

5. Show evidence of ability to contribute £500 to the total cost of flying training.  This sum to be subject to review by the Trustees;

 

6. The candidate to be prepared to undertake the training at a location arranged by the Trustees and to be responsible for incidental travel and accommodation expenses;

 

7. All decisions on the selection and arrangements for candidates will be entirely at the discretion of the trustees and any dispute will be subject to final arbitration by the EC.
