LAA have now received applications from more than thirty Auster owners to have their aircraft transferred to a Permit to Fly, with more arriving each week. Aircraft are being trasferred either on expiry of the C of A or at their annual check. In order to help owners show LAA that the aircraft comply with the applicable airworthiness directives, MPDs, airworthiness notices and generic requirements, LAA has issued a custom checklist for Auster owners which can be downloaded here.
