Youth Experience Flights in which pilots take young people free of charge, for their first flight in a light aircraft. These events are organised around the country by volunteers and attract substantial numbers of young people each year at perhaps 30 airfields.

 

These and other volunteer activities provide kids with a first-hand introduction to aviation as a hobby and even as a career. And they have a lot of fun, too!

 

In addition, we are currently developing a range of courses aimed at an adult audience (pilots, engineers and amateur builders, etc.), with a view to expanding into more technical areas of aviation education.
