Technical Leaflet TL 2.31 – Maintenance and Overhaul of Propellers - Issue 2

This upissued technical leaflet has been written to provide advice about the maintenance and overhaul of all types of propellers fitted to LAA aircraft. It also includes updated advice about the Low-hour Propeller Inspection Protocol (LPIP) maintenance option for certain certified constant speed propellers, and aligns LAA policy on propeller maintenance with the arrangements for certified aircraft under Part-ML regulations, where owners of aeroplanes up to 2,730 kg MTOM can develop an Aircraft Maintenance Programme (AMP) based on a Minimum Inspection Programme (MIP).
